Hanukkah commemorates the temple being restored to it's proper spiritual function. Similarly, Yeshua wants to restore our lives and our walk with Him to it's proper biblical function. He desires to cleanse our temples. That is one of Yeshua's call as our great high priest. Also, we as followers of Yeshua, are called to be a nation of priests. As such, we are to intercede for others before the throne of God, in Yeshua's name. The handout mentioned in the podcast is not available. The Sermon for our Rosh Hashanah Eve 2008 Service. Among the subjects covered is that the Lord wants us to realize that the greatest weapon that we can use against the enemy is the love of God. This message was given by Messianic Rabbi Ed Rothman on September 29, 2009.
