The Lord allows many things & situations into our lives, many of them difficult, to accomplish just that purpose. Shape our soul! Great sermon. He is a very, very good speaker. Why? I believe it is because he has not forgotten where he has fallen from. He is not deceived into believing that he is no longer a sinner or no longer sins. He understands the religious spirit that makes people feel like they have already been perfected instead of being perfected. Proverbs 24:16 (he quoted this) is for believers who understand this!
