The Knowledge of God
May 18th, 2008 — seedofabrahamOne of the top priorities in our walk with the Lord is to get to know the Lord. We must not only know about the Lord and His attributes but we must also KNOW the Lord. Scripture is filled with admonitions to us about it.
The Apostle Paul (Saul) said it best:
“. . .I consider everything a disadvantage in comparison with the supreme value of knowing the Messiah Yeshua as my Lord. It was because of him that I gave up everything and regard it all as garbage, in order to gain the Messiah.” Philippians 3:8 Complete Jewish Bible.
